1. Who We Are

The Fit Dad Protocol is operated by The Pump Republic (Calgary, AB, Canada). We run a fitness membership platform for men preparing for fatherhood. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use The Fit Dad Protocol:

• Account information: Your name and email address provided during sign-in via our authentication provider.
• Profile data: Optional information you add to your profile, such as your bio and partner status.
• Usage data: Workout completions, daily checklist entries, challenge entries, progress photos, body measurements, and community posts you create.
• Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of payment status from Stripe.
• Technical data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the platform and its features
• Process your subscription and manage your account
• Show your progress, streaks, and challenge history
• Display your posts and activity in the community feed
• Send important account notifications (subscription renewals, security alerts)
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following third parties, and only as necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data they collect.
• Manus (platform infrastructure): Hosting, authentication, and database services.
• Amazon Web Services (S3): Storage for progress photos and community images.

5. Community Content

Posts, comments, and challenge results you share in the community are visible to other members. Your display name appears as "First L." format (e.g., "Josh U.") to protect your full identity. Progress photos are only visible to you unless you share them in a community post.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Community posts you created may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve the integrity of conversations.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), rate limiting, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
