Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Fit Dad Protocol ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by The Pump Republic (Calgary, AB, Canada).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for men who are preparing for fatherhood, expecting, or who have recently become fathers.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• A 7-day free trial may be available for new members. The trial is available once per account. After the trial period, your selected plan will be charged automatically.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The workout programs, nutrition guidance, and other content provided through the Service are for general fitness and informational purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation.

Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. You assume all risk associated with physical activity undertaken in connection with the Service.

5. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the platform infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Community Content

You retain ownership of content you post to the community. By posting, you grant The Fit Dad Protocol a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for commercial purposes.

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not share personal information about others without their consent.

7. Challenges

Challenges are free to enter and are for community engagement purposes. Challenge results are self-reported and based on the honor system. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or remove challenges at any time.

Dad Ranks are calculated monthly and reset at the start of each month. Rankings are for fun and community recognition only and carry no monetary value.

8. Intellectual Property

All workout programs, content, branding, and platform features are owned by The Pump Republic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pump Republic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
