We want you to feel confident joining The Fit Dad Protocol. If the program is not right for you, we make it straightforward to cancel and, in eligible cases, to receive a refund.
New members receive a 7-day free trial on their first subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all. Each account is eligible for one free trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to your Account page and follow the cancellation steps, or email us at [email protected] and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours.
When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. Access to member content continues until the period ends.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied with the program. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and include the email address on your account. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
After the 7-day window, charges are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period are not available.
Paid challenge entry fees are non-refundable once a challenge has started. If a challenge is cancelled by us before it begins, entry fees will be refunded in full.
The Founding Member rate ($14.99 CAD/month) is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the standard rate applies. We cannot reinstate the Founding Member rate after cancellation.
